    I have micro niche site ranked on page 1,but number 6 in page 1...how to increase this site rating to number 1?
    what i must do,more backlink or more article?
    this site now have just 4 article..

    You need to check your competitiors above you on page 1! It will be hard to improve your ranking if the ones above you have higer PR, older domains, Dmoz submission, and thousands upon thousands of quality niche related backlinks!

    Use free tools like SEO spyglass to check on your competitors, or use keyword tools that show you the top 10 competition for you keyword and why they are ranking so high!

    Google loves quality content so you should always add this to your site regularly.

    That makes sense to check your competitors because no matter what SEO work you do on your site but if your competitors are pretty good with their own SEO methods then you can never overtake them in the rankings. But being number 6 is already good because you have a vantage point to the users. I think you can get more traffic if you will make your web page’s description more attractive.

    When it comes to ranking, I will still say that content is king especially when you said that there are only 4 articles on your site. If you will be uploading quality contents once or twice a week then I guess it will be the game changer. Of course, when you upload your articles on your website, be discerning on the keywords that you will put on the web page so that it can help your cause.
