    I cant say because bling is not as Google as google webmaster do.. so do some research with bling webmaster sure you will find if it consists that feature. god bless

    Pardon me if this is incorrect but my understanding of backlinks is that they are both present and effective in any search engines. That means if you have 10 backlinks that work for Google then they will also work for Bing and Yahoo because a backlink is a presence of your link on another site that is also checked by search engines when their crawlers hit your site.
