There are lots of free online programs that give you bot traffic. You can try HitLeap, Klixion and AutoWebSurf. Run auto traffic exchange in these programs and earn credits, use those credits to drive traffic to your site, When your site gets traffic, your alexa rank will automatically improve.

As what the comments above said there are various sites that can give you traffic from the bots. But personally I do not recommend getting traffic from bots unless it is between the life and death of your site. Traffic from bots are being checked by search engines now that can give your site a bad impression and may even result in a sanction like being suspended for a time that it will not be included in the search list.
