In time, you will gain trust from others by offering helpful information. The more helpful you are, the more people will want to click through to your profile and see the posts you have submitted. This will help increase your clickthroughs to those stories submitted.

Reddit is one of the best social platform to increase a traffic on a website. Here i am sharing something my personal experience about reddit. I will tell you in steps it might be very easy to understand.
1. Make an account in reddit.
2. Participate in subreddit which is related to your business or blog. Participate on discussion, sharing images and videos.
3. Increase your Link and Comment karma.
4. After improvement in link and comment karma you can create your own business or blog subreddit. (Insert subreddit source)
5. Keep updating in your own subreddit and people doing subscription.

I have heard that Reddit is a good traffic source. I have never understood though how to use it. I use Reddit to get blog ideas from people's discussions but I see every subreddit saying that you can't post any links So I wonder how people use Reddit to get an traffic. If anyone knows I'm all ears.
