    if your PR 3 domain is premium. can get a higher price. 
    Because aged and PR is not a guarantee to get a higher price. usually  PR 3 price  = 15$ - 20$

    When it comes to the value of a website I don’t think the page rank has something to do with it much more that the page rank is not being used by Google anymore. I guess it is the regular traffic that matters because the ultimate goal of the website is to get traffic. The more traffic the site gets then the higher the value it will fetch.
