    You could also tell your site is almost successful when you get to received Spam. How do you tell if your site is successful? The way I see it is that they spam because your site is somehow valuable.

    Here are some of the indicators to determine the success of my website.
    revenue: if the site is earning a good revenue, it is a sign of success.
    traffic: traffic means the number of people coming to your websites. More people on your website means, popularity of your website
    Engagements: If your contents get comments, it also indicates success.

    One would quickly know the success of his or her blog through the earning amount,if I can be earning up to a thousand dollar a month or more then I will know that I'm succeeding,gain could be measured by the amount of traffic gotten and also if my readers are communicating with me through their feedbacks, subscriptions, and comments, without this then a blog is yet to get to its destination of being a success.

    In terms of SEO, a site is successful when the link lands on the first page of a search engine list. And maintaining that ranking can make you say your site is really successful. But we know that the ultimate success is the money that comes in. And money is connected to to traffic which is a by-product of the SEO ranking. With that connection, it is safe to say that SEO ranking is not the only means of getting traffic.

    Well I could tell if my site is successful by the number of legit visitors I have and the number of inquiries the traffic makes. It's funny sometimes a few quality traffic can convert a lot more than heavy traffic, but one thing i found out which is a good indicator is that the number of queries correlates to a certain percentage of conversions.
