What the term "link wheel" means in SEO?

I am very much eager to know about link wheel and also want to apply the popular SEO method for my personal blog. Please inform me about link wheel in detail. A SEO link wheel means interlink the backlinks pages with each other. Suppose you build backlinks on 20 web 2.0 sites. You may put 2 backlinks to your own site and 1 backlinks to another web 2.0 site. In this way all the web 2.0 sites will be interlinked with each other and form a wheel shape. This is called link wheel. Note that it will be very powerful if you use unique articles on each backlinks page.

An SEO Link Wheel is a collection of backlinks built in particular or specific way. this is extremely easy steps to get additional traffic and high quality backlinks.

Ideal link wheel should have content which can be partition in way which connects each other in circular sequence with meaningful way.

once again its about relevancy, linkwheel will be efective if you using it with proper relevancy. Since relevancy it self were not exact because it could be depend on culture, geographic, languange etc.

The link wheel is one such idea where several similar themed websites get together and create a circle of links. So website A links to website B which links to website C which then links back to website A. Link wheels can contain any number of websites from the three in this example upwards.
