    I don't recommend you to get free backlinks for your site. If they are free that means they are very low quality. Better to pay if you want results. Also, aim for quality vs quantity.

    If you mean best site in posting your backlinks then any good site for that is a site with a lot of traffic. One example is a popular blog with a thousand regular readers which can read the comments that you post on the most recent blog. Another good site is a big forum with many active members. I would suggest that you search for sites that are related to the niche of your site.
