    May be Google Dance, other form of google search update, maybe you somehow blocked search engines (this happened to me) or you got sandboxed for various reasons.

    I have an experience about this. The site does not show up. I have learned later on that this site was banned because they are fake or scammers.

    I think you may have violated a policy of Google when your website does not appear in the search result. You can also try checking on other search engines for the ranking of your website. If it appears there then there is a high probability that your site is under suspension for a possible violation. One friend who experienced this had a violation of putting in too many keywords on his web pages.
