Off Page SEO refers to all the ways and techniques you adopt to increase the ranking of your site blog in the eyes of search engines while staying away from your blog or site. This means promoting your blog or site on different social media sites, social bookmarking, guest posting, forum posting, and doing every thing to increase the ranking of your blog.

My idea of off-page optimization for purposes of getting traffic to your website is the promotion in social media and other websites like forums and blogs. The promotional post should include the link of your website so that the reader has the opportunity to click on the link to see your website. The link that you will post on your Facebook timeline can be seen by all your friends there and it is up to them to react.
