    And, if you are using flash on your site, be sure to include a text based (HTML) menu somewhere on your page as well as other hidden meta tag/description information so the bots can read what your site is about, even if they can't index the flash elements.

    Flash is dying so don't use it anymore (HTML5) and Javascript can hurt you SEO if it's used to much since it's slowing down your website and that's one of the ranking factors for Google.
