    Hi sigma. again what is a profile backlinks? its very easy to know what is profile backlinks. Suppose when you create a account any site as like twitter, forum and many social networking sites. Just check on the setting option or profile updates option. There you can find a box for your website link. Just put in the box your website link and create profile backlinks.

    There is an application for it, xrumer I guess.
    Profile backlink is a link to your website on an another website. You add it in your profile under "www" or "website" field. It does count as backlink in most cases.
