You can add keywords that's linked to your video, like for example, if your video is about humor, then you can add keywords like weird, random, funny, LOL, hilarious.

We are also scrambling for views to our Youtube videos because our Youtube channel is not monetized for failing to meet the minimum requirements of subscribers and viewing hours. It’s not easy to get views much more subscribers even if we had changed the keywords for the videos. Promoting in social media got us just a handful of views and a couple of subscribers. Perhaps we are not doing it right. Any suggestions?

Google "shareyoutubevideos" and download their program. It's a view4view program but you don't watch any videos (instead it just uses your ip).
