    I completed the Order but buyer not reviewing and responding, what do I do?

    I completed the order and deliver within 24hrs as max delivery time is 5 days, But from that day buyer nor responding to my message neither reviewing the order!!!

    And because of that payment not releasing!!! What to do???

    That is correct. If the buyer does not respond it will automatically complete in 8 days. We have considered reducing this for sellers with higher levels.

    But when a person order, Seoclerks take the payment from him, So if the buyer not responding, then Seoclerks staff check that seller done the job and delivered, the Seoclerks must release the payment without review!!! or any option to contact the Seoclerks employee!

    You're wrong. It's a protection for buyers, if one orders a gig and seller gets the money the moment he delivers the work without buyer's review, than this place would be crowded up with scammers.

    I'm not the staff, but I imagine if SEOclerks exists for 1 year and running good, they probably got thousands of feedbacks and propositions including same ones than yours. If everyone contacted staff because they want their money released earlier, SEOclekrks should hire 10 people just to bother with this kind of questions. So, you do the math I completed the Order but buyer not reviewing and responding, what do I do?

    it will be marked as complete in 8 days for level 1
    and 2 days for level2
    once message the buyer about his order
