If you have better page rank, chances of traffic increased greatly. Imagine this: your website on #3 vs. #5 which will pull more traffic? Obviously website on #3 will generate more traffic. Everything starts with SEO, SEO is a way to make your contents and websites visible on the search engine.

    When you say effective website, I am assuming that you mean a good ranking in the search list. Having good contents can make your website SEO capable especially if the content is of high quality with no grammatical errors, no spelling mistakes, no duplicates or copied lines from other websites. Of course, you have to promote your website to gain more readers. The more traffic you get, the higher rank it gets in the SEO game and vice versa.
