    Its only through good communication that this can be done. You just have to listen carefully to what the buyer is saying. Take note all the things he or she has said. Think carefully about those things. try to give solution to each feedback as much as possible.

    Word of mouth is very important. Once they like what you have done this will be free advertising. They will spread out to others the news of the good things that you have done. Its really a good thing to do. How to turn negative into positive.

    at first you must convence the buyer to remove you negative feedback from your profile..if he/she agree he shoul send a message to admin on support!!!
