Could anyone suggest me or tell about new changes in google panda, and penguine to rank on first page on Search Engines?

You claim to be SEO expert, how come you don't know answer to this question when it's like a basic?
It's like the hottest SEO debate that's going on since this year's February (Panda) and April (Penguin).
When you find that out, you will be promoted to level 3 (of course if you found out what is the difference between BH and WH SEO, which you were asking in another FAQ section) and will than only be about 97 levels far from being expert.

Gee, I am surprised by your comment to bluntly point out that the creator of this discussion is claiming to be an SEO expert. But I thank the guy for posting this question because I also want to know the answer. To be honest I have come across several discussions about Panda and Penguin but I didn’t get the gist of the changes that were in those Google updates. I thought I would find it here but there is none.

You could just google it panda vs penguin seo. There are a lot of good articles about this. But you just want to spam seoclerks in order to gain level 3

You could just google it panda vs penguin seo. There are a lot of good articles about this. But you just want to spam seoclerks in order to gain level 3
