Cant one change a rating or comment after giving it once ?

my client recently purchased a gig from me and rated me nicely as i delivered the order on time but l later when i over delivered her many things ...... she was so happy that she wanted to change the feedback to a more good one ..... but then she realised that there was no feature to change the rating !

Wouldn't it be nice to make changes to feedbacks in a timely manner so that people benefit from it ......

Example if we are happy first with our purchases and later we realise it was something bu*ls*it but we have already given that person a good comment !!!

or if we have rated someone badly and later we realise that everything was good but there was some technical error in receiving the gig etc .......

then what ?????

As said above, just contact support and let them know of the situation, they will be more than happy to take a look at the situation and determine what to do from there.
As long as everything is mutual then you will be good to go

I wonder if this could be incorporated into a feature for a specific level of users.
Surely the support staff need not be bothered but such a trivial issue on a regular basis?
