Check rankings using a URL

I have used a few keyword ranking checkers to check how well my forum is doing in specific keywords. However, is there any tools that can check how well individual pages are ranking on Google. For example, if I type in a URL to one of my articles, then it will display all the keywords that article is ranked in top 100 on Google.

Ooooh I would also be interested in seeing something like that. I have no idea if there is a website that offers that, I haven't heard of it.

I hope someone shares something really awesome here.

Not sure mate , But tell you what I use is Social signals checker . This tells you what social media sites are connected to you. for example how many facebook signals to your site , Google+ and many more. Just google social signals checker it is the Blackhat one on top of google search.
