If you get tons of traffic right now, than possible, otherwise no.

If your new server will be slower and if your new server will be located somewhere in Antarctica, than you will get slightly less authority in SE.

I don’t think the change of server has something to do with the search engine rankings because it is not part of the SEO methods. But with the present traffic compared to the new traffic there will be a slight difference depending on the speed of the new server. It is transparent to the search engines whatever server you are using because the domain is the identity of the website and not the server of the IP address.
