Is Google Plus for sale or maybe you are talking of an account in Google Plus that you will buy? Your question is not clear and I am assuming that you will use the Google Plus account to get more traffic to your site that is under Google Adsense. If that is the case then I don’t see a problem because the Google Plus account will just be used as a marketing arm for your original website.
