    How to embed a video on your website which is hosted on twitter?

    Hi recently twitter announced that video hosting feature as like Facebook. Now directly you can uploaded any video by using twitter official apps. And do not need to use first to upload any video by using any third party services for example: YouTube. This is the really good feature by twitter.

    Twitter recently published a widget for embed link, which almost work as twitter tweet button and embedded tweets

    Embedding a video on twitter is very easy just need to click on....button in the tweet and selecting ‘Embed Video

    And you will get HTML code to copy and paste on your website.

    If your website build by WordPrees. Twitter has published a WordPress plugin with other old feature and you can embed video too.

    Thanks AJ that's awesome. I recently found out that Twitter is extending the amount of characters you can use in a tweet as well and now they are allowing you to upload longer videos as well. Probably in a move to bring more people back to Twitter and to be more like the other social media sites that allow longer posts and video uploads. I will definitely make full use of this and use the Twitter video embed code rather than just using something like YouTube embed code which is what I would normally do in most cases.

    I agree with mike this is awesome! Its about time twitter starts to innovate and get the ball rolling, they are slacking. The good news news people still use it unlike Myspace. When Twitter revamps the inbox messaging then i think it will truly take off again, i NEVER use my inbox on twitter do you guys?

    Jkeyz2 I also never use my inbox simply because all anyone on Twitter uses their inbox for is to spam people. I detest it. My inbox is always full of spam and rubbish that is automated messages from people.
    So they are revamping the messaging system? Will this cut out the spam fest? I really hope so!

    Exactly why i mentioned it, LOL Thanks for your reply. I Believe that something can be designed like what Facebook has in place where if a user is sending repeated messages many times to different people that user will be blocked from sending messages for a period of time. If this user continues this behavior he will be blocked from sending messages forever or possibly have account banned. I Think this new feature is GREAT but they really need help in the messages area thats where people can get private. Again this is a great feature thanks for sharing AJ.
