    I am pretty excited about what I am going to tell you guys! I have recently been experimenting with food grade DE or 'diatomaceous earth' as a detox for parasites, heavy metals, etc...

    How is this going to help you make $$?

    More energy, quicker brain fuctionality, you feel motivated, and quite frankly you can just get more accomplished when your mind and body are in tune and operating at their best.

    DE is basically the shells of microscopic algae in the ocean known as Diatoms. Diatoms would make their shells from soluble silica (mainly sand) so it's consistency is similar to flour on a microscopic level. This stuff is over 30 million years old!

    I initially purchased it to use as a natural flea treatment on my cat when he accidentally got outside. He loved it so much, he would walk around crying all day. So we finally had to come up with a way to treat our cat before we let him run a muck. We wanted to stay away from chemicals so we chose DE, as I have heard wonderful things about it.

    Well in my research in trying to find out if it was 100% safe for my cat, I discovered DE has multiple health benefits for animals and humans if ingested (FOOD GRADE DE ONLY). Here are some of the benefits:

    • Kills parasites
    • Detox the body of metals, drug residue, all toxins
    • Lower cholesterol and blood pressure
    • Prevents and treats Osteoporosis
    • Promotes hair growth
    • Promotes dental health

    A lot of these benefits have to do with Silica.

    But, the most important benefit is how the DE destroys parasites, fungus, bacteria, and actually removes it. Parasites are the cause of ALL stomach related problems. Im not going to list them, just believe it when I say ALL STOMACH OR INTESTINAL PROBLEMS! Just Google search "symptoms of parasites" and see for yourself. Pay attention during full moons and see if any of the symptom increase. Parasites are more active during a full moon.

    Doctors have diagnosed people with IBS and most of the time it's parasites. They just say IBS because they don't know what the hell it is. Mainstream doctors haven't been taught to diagnose parasites as a chronic infection and therefore have no idea how to detect or treat the issue.

    93% of Americans have them and it varies from country to country, but over 70% of the world is infected by microscopic parasites that diminish your health drastically. DE shreds these little terrors to pieces, drys them up, and flushes them out.

    I have been doing this for a month and it is amazing how I feel and how my entire body and mind feels and operates now. The detox takes 3 months and I am already noticing the positive effects after just 1 month. I started taking 1/2 teaspoon once a day and increased it by 1/2 teaspoon each week until I reach two table spoons.

    Expect to experience a little discomfort for the first few days as the parasites start to release toxins. This is good and the immune system is now able to get rid of the toxins as the parasites are dying. Depending on how badly you are infected you could experience flu like systems as the bodies attempt to get rid of the toxins.

    Parasites lay millions of eggs that have a 30 day incubation period. You want to continue the detox for 3 months to make sure everything dies.

    When I reach the 3 month mark I will then go back to 1/2 teaspoon or less just to make sure I continually detox.

    Parasites affect your stress levels immensely, this in turn kills your memory and brain function, amongst many other things.

    SUGAR FEEDS PARASITES! Minimize your intake. Yes fruit feeds parasites also, along with anything white. Bread, pasta, eggs, dairy, potatoes, white rice, etc... I am doing the whole paleo, only meat and vegetables kick. Any if you don't want to change your diet the DE will still imprve your health tremendously.

    So there is no reason to not detox from parasites. A 1 pound bag will last you a year and it costs about $10 from Amazon. It's cheap, easy, and one of the best health choices you will ever make.

    EDIT: I thought I included this but I guess not. Whoops my apologies @tionna . You need to mix the DE with 4 oz of water. Drink it. Then follow with 8 oz of water. Continue drinking water throughout the day (as you should be doing anyway). You should consume your body weight in ounces of water a day. So I am 165 lbs, meaning I should drink about 165 oz a day.

    Hey, thanks for this information. I love natural health solutions and believe in trying natural things before medicines, which always have an adverse affect on my body. Lately, I've been stressed and can't get my sleep pattern right but still working and feel tired all the time. I would love to have more energy and if this could help that would be awesome. I will also try the paleo diet idea, I know my current diet is not ideal for energy.

    I swear starting was the hardest part for me. I still cheat from time to time and eat some sweets or something breaded and fried but for the most part I stay on top of it.

    Also have you heard of melatonin (I think thats how it's spelled Have More Energy, Increase Brain Activity, Live, And Make More $$ )? It's great for getting to sleep! An organic supplement works the best Have More Energy, Increase Brain Activity, Live, And Make More $$ .

    Any diet full of sugar is going to screw up your sleep patterns. So if you eat a lot of the starches and carbs, this will give you fake energy that leaves you feeling exhausted but not able to sleep.

    I think exercise is very important. And without which many of us can't really improve on our own self. I am sure there are some cases where people need to have some mindfulness. You should also consider focusing on being present and thinking positive. I know people who think positive and doing some good thing in their life. It takes time though.

    Wow, this is really interesting, specially the part of being free from intestinal issues. I've been having irritable colon syndrome since about 3 years ago, and that is really annoying. Where can we find the DE food? Is like you buy it at an specific store, or do we have to ask for in through Internet?

    May I thank you for sharing this information that may help us in maintaining a good health. However, I don’t easily believe such inventions and discoveries because they are not proven yet. In fact, there was the Cell-D that was sold to us. It was purportedly from the water of the Dead Sea that is compressed. When you take it once a day you only need a few drops that you can mix with water. It will make you healthy and diseases are prevented. The guy who sold that to us was very confident. Now the guy had a stroke.
