How do you like to spend your afternoon?

I love taking walks in the neighborhood with my dogs. They are always happy be outdoors, even in cold weather. And, their happy energy keeps me going.

Just watching TV with my children after school or doing other things around the house. We rarely have time together when I'm working.

I work 12 hour shifts on some days and don't have the luxury of spare time to sit at home. Though I am happy for my days off. During those times, I just sleep all day or night, any free moment is spent asleep so that I can catch up on sleep missed.

You are right Beverly here also its so hot even when I am in my car with A/c turned on I feel the sun scorching beam and after 2-5 hour drive my hand and neck area which is exposed to it got tanned

If it's very warm, then I will go for a swim. Otherwise, I will just hang out inside the house and chill out and do nothing at all. That's a great way to spend a warm afternoon, inside in the cool.

Nothing much more than work in the afternoon. I get a late start after tending to household and family matters in the early morning. Then afternoons are mine for working. Sometimes I work into the evening after dinner time with family.

I have a full time job so it’s only on weekends that I get to have an afternoon at home. If we have nothing to do, the usual activity is sleeping for an hour or two after lunch time. That is one relaxing way for me to rejuvenate my body and mind. And then I would wake up to a sumptuous snack of native delicacy, that would really be great. However, in these past weekends, the holidays had stolen my afternoon naps due to social obligations and house chores that included buying and wrapping gifts.

Good question. I am slowly starting to change my routine as I transition to working at home full time. I'm starting to get up as early as 5.00 am in the morning. Working till about 2.00 pm in the afternoon. In the afternoon I do all my shopping, visit friends, check social media, read a book, watch a movie or take a hike, go to the gym or an exercise group. I'm in a stage of my life where I'm trying to create time to live and enjoy life. I'm trying to get away from the rate race, live my life and stop existing, which is what commonly happens when you work 9-5, its like you live to work and not work to live.
