Best way to do site flipping is buying old aged expired domains and make them live again.. Do some seo on them... make them worth PR1 or PR2 and sell them.... In a month or two you can complete the process.

flipping is a real & hard online business,
its very good for every 1 who have new ideas, creative thinking,
you will have to invest some money for purchasing domain, hosting, content etc, then you will get a start with your monthly earning,
but as flippa.com guidelines,
you will make a site & live it for 3 months, its good for buyers, show them how much you earn from this site last 3 months.
mostly buyer just want how much they will earn ?, you can start 3 sites at start , after 3 months your sites rank will shoot min alexa 100,000 , then you can sell 1 site @ $100 to 400 , its depends on your creativity actually,

I haven't flipped a website yet but I've flipped a lot of Facebook Group Sites and Pages. What I do is to develop several dummy verified accounts and make pages and groups targeting a certain niche over a year members would be in the thousands and those are mostly active members. I'll then get admins and mods and let it grow more then I sell it for a good profit.
