Keyword research has nothing to do with time, you will have to search for the best keywords no matter how long it takes

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

What if you spend 1 hour in finding the right keyword? I guess it is better to just choose the keyword on your mind that you think best describes the content and spend the remaining time in that 1 hour to post your backlink. One quality backlink is much better than 1 right keyword and don’t forget that a backlink works 2 ways in getting traffic to your site while the keyword has only 1 way for getting traffic.

Time is not a factor in SEO, amount of work is. SEO means
using keywords in the site and content
generating backlinks
generating social signals
etc.
All this work could be done in few days or may take 30 days. This actually depends on what your target is.
