if your website traffic is 100% orgnic then u need to get back...otherwise at this stage if you traffic is not good like refer/porn/warez then you can't get it back...

Simple answer is that you can't.

Long answer is YES YOU CAN:

- You can use a fake identity or buy and account from SEOClerks or another site. You would need to completely reinstall your OS or delete all browsing information and obtain a new IP.

- You can signup as a company.

This discussion is interesting to me because getting an account suspended by Adsense can happen to anyone. I also have an Adsense account for my blog although the blog is not active anymore. Do you think that my Adsense account get be suspended for not having an activity for a long time? Maybe I should activate my blog even once a month just so it will still work with Adsense.
