    Get better backlinks, you can order (or create by your own) link pyramids, link wheels, etc to improve your pagerank.
    I will recommend you to check out boostsuite, they, check your website and tell you how to improve it.

    My first step for the improvement of the Page Rank is the uploading of new contents. It should be well written and unique which should not be copied from another source in the internet. Also, it should be directly related to the niche of your site. When uploading, tag it with the proper keyword. Depending on the length and quality of your content, your Page Rank will change.
