You can increase your website's google page rank by having keywords in your domain, website title, website description, content title, content description, content body, image title, image description. Basically, you will have to use your primary and secondary keywords in your website and web pages.
You also have to generate backlinks. backlinks are the links on other website that points to your website.
You also need social signals. Social signals are likes and shares you get from social media sharing.
