Do a Google search on blogs that are similar to your site and cover the same content. After you have a list of similar sites, email the webmaster of the site and ask to do a guest blog post.

Personally I have no free time to do forum posting, blog commenting - I use paidforumposting.com from time to time.
They really know how to drive traffic to my sites. I can say that their writers are really professional.
Hope it will be useful.
