Should we build links by guest posting, buying, or some free or paid tool. Please suggest.

As I know building backlinks slowly and with natural pattern is a good idea, you can do blog commenting on comment love enabled blogs, guest posting, creating videos about your site etc. But don't use any blackhat tools if you don't know much about thew.

you can also go to sites like contentmaster.net or elance.com and hire someone to do the job for you

Building links require your effort. You have to roam around the internet to post the link of your website in forums, blogs, social media and other websites that you find an opportunity for promoting your website. The link that you post there is the backlinks which is the result of the link building chore that you do. If you have no account in some social media network then you need to create an account so you can do your marketing work for the promotion of your website.
