    Yes you can get traffic either way,
    1. Improve the search results
    2. Buy the traffic

    1st one will be difficult but long lasting ..

    2nd one is easy but expensive ..

    My best bet in getting traffic for a site is to promote it in social media. If you have no account, create not 1 but several accounts in Facebook, Twitter and even in Instagram. Do some posting on those new accounts and gather friends and followings in order to build your network of people. After a week of gathering then you can make your post to promote your site.
