I have never encounter this on SEOclerk,maybe it was actually down and offline for some routine checks,you'll have contacted support for more details.

You should always have little patience when it comes to some of the issues with the site. Probably, it was down for maintenance at the moment and came back right afterwards. So, there is no need to fear.
