I don’t have anyone to recommend but you should do some research yourself. The important thing when looking for a SEO expert here is to look at reviews. Make sure they have good reviews. I normally go for sellers who have at least 99.9% rating and at least 100 reviews. This is to ensure that they are quality sellers. Anwebservices has recently made an article on choosing the best sellers here so you may want to check that out.

I think it may be a good idea to find some SEO services that offer niched backlinks and backlinks from high PR websites so maybe try to find quality services that offer those. Hope this helps!
