    I have the same opinion that what you do for ranking in Google will also have an effect in Bing and Yahoo and to all other search engines. There is no need for a special work to rank in Bing. Just do the SEO methods that you have learned and it will be effective on all the search engines. However the effect is not all the same, of course, because search engines have different algorithms that your site may rank very high in one search engine and just high in another.

    According to the Bing TOS, they suggest that on page quality content is their most important criteria for determining if a site belongs in Bing's search engines. Seems they give a site a chance based on the on page content but if that site has a very high bounce rate (click throughs/click backs) from search listings, the site can get deranked in search engines or de-indexed completely.

    If your site is already inside Bing, my suggestion is to focus on the contents. Uploading fresh and high quality contents on your site regularly will have a good impression on search engines particularly Bing. Good content means it is unique and not copied from another site. The frequency of uploading is weekly or better if more frequent so that the ranking of your website in Bing will be increasing twice a week.
