Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I just delivered by first order here at SEOClerks and and need to know a few things regarding the buyer rating system.
1) When Can the buyer leave feedback/rating for the received service?
2) Is is mandatory for both buyer and seller to leave rating?
3) Is there a time frame which when gone the buyer can not rate or leave feedback?
4) What to do when the buyer blackmails the seller for negative feedback in order to get more work than he/she paid for ?

Assalamoalaikum Kashif,
Here is how it works.
1- When you deliver the order buyer has the option to rate and complete the order but sometimes buyer is not online and review it later or sometime buyer dont bother to leave any review and your order will be mark as completed after 5 days without any rating .
2-No but its good if both do it so all other members get the idea about the service quality.
3-I am not sure about that I have some buyers who rated me even after 20 days so I am not sure about the time frame I guess its unlimited as buyer can also submit a ticket and can get his review change as well anytime . ( This feature is really not good there should be a time frame for buyer to do this as it gives the buyer to blackmail the seller)
4- Just submit the ticket to helpdesk and explain the whole situation with reference they will ban that buyer . Seoclerks doesn't encourage any type of scam .
