    Ranking depends on 100's of factors ... like keywords competition, on page optimization, website content etc .

    1 .You need quality and unique content
    2. You need proper on page optimization
    3. You need backlinks and social media promotion

    Only link building is not responsible to rank better, you have to keep that in mind .

    Please take care of all 3 part, then you can see great ranking improvement .

    Don't mind but as you said you need some suggestions.
    Website loading speed is comes under most important factors & your website is loading too slow. Some images and .woff files are taking long time(some ar taking 9+ secs).

    You need content - otherwise you cannot get a good ranking in Google.
    And yes, pages load too slow.
    Better take off the social media icons untill you make your pages there.
