What is the best way to index backlinks by Google at 2016?

Maximum possibility of indexing created backlinks by Google at 2016. What is the best way to index created backlink on Google? Its really big Question always.
We know that as following step increase indexing possibility by Googe;
High authority backlinks
High PR backlinks
Unique content for each backlinks
Unique image for each profile/articles etc
Unique username/email/name/address etc

Any concern from my friends?

Let them get naturally indexed. That is the absolute best method. Otherwise, I'd suggest sharing the links on social media accounts such as your Facebook page, Twitter, Google+, etc. This should allow Google to discover the links quickly and index them faster.

onehourindexing is good but kind of expensive economical option would be indexification, if you dont want to do this you can just build a tier or two with gsa ser ...

This may be an old discussion but I believe that there was not much change in the building of backlinks from that year until now. I would prefer posting my backlinks on very popular sites like a blogger with a hundred thousand regular readers or a forum with countless of active members. Once I am able to post in those sites my backlink will be considered quality backlink by search engines.
