Take my best regard to everyone. i am a SEO beginner. trying to be a Freelancer by category of SEO. so, i studied online and got lot of tutorials. i am little bit confused about on page and off page. why its important? if anyone help me to figure out I'll grateful to you.

You forgot to mention the most important on-page SEO for your site which is the uploading of fresh contents. Without new contents the website may be tagged stagnant because of no movement therefore the regular uploading of contents is imperative and important for the SEO concerns of the site. In uploading new contents you have to include the keywords right on the content itself and also in the tagging facility.
