If you mean by dynamic page is a web page with contents that are always changing then I guess it can still be recognized by the crawlers. From what I know the search engine crawlers do not see the entire web pages. They only check on the essential items like the title of the web page, the date of creation and the date of last posting, the keywords and maybe the meta tags or whatever you call it.
