    Kindly advise how much of SEO activities have to be done in the below mentioned activities to get regular 200-300 visitors to the site and how much time will it take to get such amount of traffic-

    honestly even if you did all those seo techniques.. Regular visitors or visitors that will visit your site daily depends on your site's niche. you have to give users/people couple of reasons to come back.

    My take on SEO activities is 30 minutes per day for the regular chore. But for the beginning when you have a new website it can be more than an hour. I don’t recommend doing SEO work for a long time every day because it will eat up most of your time and then you will be disappointed when the results could not be seen. Take note that the SEO work you have done today can take effect next week or next month or even for a longer time which depends on the indexing update of the search engines.

    Agree with seozeehan, You need to have a reason for others to come which will increase your direct traffic. Your competitor's seo strategy is also important to consider.

    Some of the methods you've gave are okay but some of them I wouldn't dream of doing in a million years let alone every day! I know it all depends on how you do it but those places have been so spammed to death now it would probably hurt and hinder your site more than it would benefit it in the long run from a search engine ranking perspective. Some of those things I might do every day like social bookmarking or social media management, but some of them I wouldn't want to do every day like press release writing and submission. You'd only only really want to do them every once in a while when the moon is blue! Too much of one thing and not enough of the other can be a bad thing and end up backfiring on you. I'm the type that thinks that you shouldn't have to do any of this yourself though and just make amazing great content that stands the test of time and gets all these sorts of backlinks for you automatically just because your content is so good. But I do do a lot of research first and try to provide content that nobody else has instead of just rehashing someone elses content.

    One of the most important aspect in SEO seems to be missing. For me, content is the foundation of the SEO for the ranking of your website so no matter what activities you do with the keywords and the backlinks, I don’t think your page ranking will improve. Why don’t you upload new contents regularly? That would make a big difference with the SEO capability of your website especially if the content has substance.
