    SocialNetworks work well, if you have real followers that care about what you say. Blog reviews are great if you have active readers, forum threads and posts work very well especially if you post in a [WTB] type thread with a relevant service.

    I can tell you that traffic programs do not work well (like adf.ly, social exchange sites, etc).

    BTW, the twitter promotion is back to $3 now and is a prime time to refer affiliates. Who wouldn't spend free money and you'll earn 10% of that spending.
