    I have a problem to pay using Credit/Debit card, anyone?

    i cannot buy any service right now because whenever i want to pay this thing come out
    "Error 15005: This transaction cannot be processed. " whats the problem with this site?
    can anyone here help me? this situation not happening everyday but sometimes. hope someone can fixed it thanks. answer please

    Hello,

    This means that the transaction was declined by your bank. That error is from PayPal's API:

    The transaction was declined by the issuing bank, not PayPal. The merchant should attempt another card.

    https://developer.paypal.com/docs/.../api/errorcodes/

    You could try to use another card or contact your bank for further information as to why they have declined the transaction.

    Hello,

    This is an internal server error, perhaps PayPal's API is down, or there is a conflicting issue within the SEOclerks connection to the API server.

    Please contact support and notify them that you're experiencing issues with the the PayPal API Credit card payments.

    I can't help no further than this as this issue is out of my hands.
