How can I solve this problem with the buyer?

So I sold a soft I personally coded, and one of the buyers is claiming it doesn't work TOO well for them, and is now asking for money back.
Now the problem with this is that this soft is something many people search for (a youtube view increaser) and obviously he will keep copies of the soft even if I refund him, so he practically gets the soft and gets his money back. So how can something like this be solved?
All answers/input is highly appreciated!

you can explain to him that theres no refunds on this type of sale and if he leaves a bad review, submit a help ticket, explain your situation, and they will remove the review for you. I've seen it happen before
