How does it take SEO to work?

Hello It is possible to bounce into Google, youtube, facebook, twitter, vk, pintarest, intagram position within a few hours or days, but i can take a great deal longer search engines. i am using Google Webmaster Tools to monitor progress. please help me. give me my question answer. Thank You

If what you mean is SEO work to increase the ranking of your website in Google, I would suggest that you upload fresh contents frequently. That will give a semblance that your website is active and it will make your website SEO compliant. Also, use keywords in your contents so you are building backlinks that will help your website get more hits from the search engines. You can also promote your website in social media. There are other ways and methods of SEO that you can find in the discussions in this site.
