Paid traffic works but they won't stick. Also, I do not recommend buying traffic if you're running a program like AdSense.

I thinks the best traffic now is from social networks espically facebook ( fan pages ) and youtube ! i advice you to buy facebook pages or promote ur links in some of them

Getting paid traffic by promoting on facebook, twitter or search engines can be good. However, buying traffic from PTC sites and TE sites can be detrimental to your website. You have to stay away from using PTC or TE. If you want paid traffic, you should try paid marketing on social media or search engines.
