How to use mass follow script with out baned account ?

I'm a social marketer in seoclerk I'm a twitter and instagram provider. Here I wont give very cheap services. How to use with out banned account with mass follow script? I try to mass follow script using proxy or private IP's but all my accounts are banned. Please help me best regards!

Its simple. Get to know the limit of follows per hour, let you follow script follow people that are not up to that number. Then you keep doing that. Example: If twitter's per hour follow limit is 50, you set you script to follow maybe 40 or 45 (around that range), then you do that every hour. You get the picture? Or you can set it to follow 25 every hour so twitter's system doesn't detect it cos if you follow 40-45 for some hours then stop, that might cause a flag. Just game the system, use their own rules - work around it.
