    You are free to use any kind of backlink building service or SEO service you want yes but you will want to use only the recommended and reputable agencies and services for it that don't employ the use of any black hat techniques or anything which could be deemed as spammy. Google Adsense provide a guide for webmasters to follow so you should familiarize yourself with these as they often change from time to time as and when something new happens they update those guidelines to make sure webmasters stay within them.

    Is there an effect of the backlinks with Adsense? I wonder why this was asked although it is better to be safe than sorry. Maybe he was reading so many discussions about SEO that he had mistaken a discussion to be true that Adsense has an effect with the backlinks. As long as the backlinks are good and legitimate I guess there is no worry especially when the backlinks are posted on good sites.

    AdSense isn't the problem when it comes to backlinking, it's Google in general. But yes, you can build anyway you want.

    I guess building the backlinks has no relation to Adsense because the main concern of Adsense is the traffic in your website. As long as you have a lot of traffic, Adsense will not care about it and it definitely has no effect on the revenue that you share from the ads.
