SEOMOZ and MozRank --- What is this and how important is this in SEO Business ??

SEO RANK AND SEOMOZ, I do come across these term in SEO articles very often. I would like to know more on this. and i am sure lot of people who are new to seo business here in SEOclerks would love to know about it . So SEO Experts please come up and share some points..

SEOMOZ is simply all the tools on Moz.com a popular new site for SEO, in fact, maybe the most popular. Note, as mentioned in a reply on another thread, DA,and PA, two popular metrics unofficially replacing Google PR, the once heavily sought after ranking status, are from Moz. Also, as the OP mentioned, there is Moz Rank - a metric similar to DA and PA probably. However, I haven't really looked much into it. Anyone have some thoughts about it?
