What is site flipping and its benifit?

I just heart about this site flipping what is this and why we use it. Can anybody tell me why and how to do site flipping and for what purpose we are using it. If i will use this it will make me benefit in SEOCLERKS. Help me to solve this method

Think of site flipping as the one where you can sell the real estate. You can build the real estate and then sell it for more profit. You can get all the money out from the site flipping the more money you spend on building the blog or site. That seems to be the way many people are building their ranking and brand. I have found that it can be profitable when it comes to building websites.
